Help with Kh param

What could cause my Kh to go from a good 10 dkh to 14!? What route can I go to drop it?

Nope although my gfo reactor needs the gfo replaced. Starting to get the red slime on the rocks.

A little more info about your set-up would help. Otherwise my best guess is test inaccuracy or water change with a high dkh salt mix

Water change?? Have you measured the levels of your freshly mixed water?? I would check your magnesium also

Ahh see I don't have a mag test kit. Actually forgot about that test. I just did a water change on Sunday was 10g out of the 54g so 20%. Will have to give my buddy a sample to run the mag test.
