Help with Kole - Popeye?

My Kole Tang has a horrible eye problem, possible lip fungus and in the morning time I see some white patches on his body and fins that seam to go away in a few hours everyday

So far hes been freshwater dipped and currently treating with Kanaplex. Is there anything else that I can try ?

Was the fish recently netted out of a tank (before the eye issue)? Sometimes, Popeyes on just one side is due to mechanical trauma. If that isn’t it, then it is likely bacterial. People have seen good response using erythromycin, maracyn 1, but you need to monitor ammonia if you use that (and don’t dose your DT, only a WT)
