Help with Lawnmower Blenny - Velvet

Velvet took all almost all the fish I had. The only ones left are 1 clown, 1 lawnmower, and 1 diamond goby. The clown bullied another clown in QT (that clown did not make it) Now I caught the lawnmower yesterday. I don't think that is a good sign because he was so hard to even attempt to catch earlier in week. So I think he was getting sick or already sick. I gave him a freshwater bath for 5 mins. Along with a dip for infection. He is now in QT with the mean clown. However, I use a critter carrier to separate them.

Is that smart to do? Do I need to separate the fish?
And help me with what to feed this lawnmower (because there is no algae in the QT). I have been feeding him food that has algae and will feed Nora.

The next fish to catch is the diamond goby. I bought a trap for him. Any suggestions on how he will do in QT?

If there’s aggression then separating fish is a good idea.

Re.the diamond goby, QT may be tough especially if not eating prepared foods. If it is, feeding several times a day is your best bet.

Also, watch for signs of trouble once you start copper or CP.

What would I do if that occurs? The Lawnmower already seems lethargic

It’s possibly due to velvet if that’s what you think you had.

it is in copper now - since last night. I think it is the velvet because I was able to catch in DT. But I am guessing only

Any white spots or flashing? There are many reasons why a fish may be lethargic in a tank and easy to catch.
