Hi, I was hoping to get some help with some leds that I have. These are the specs of the 48" lights for my Reefer 350:

48 WATTS215 TOTAL
LED'S
54 - 445NM BLUE48 - 460NM BLUE35 - 8,000K WHITE54 - 6,500K WHITE24 - RGB

Is this good enough to grow LPS, clams, and "easy" sps? If not, which spec is not good enough and would putting two of these units side by side help?

To give some background, I recently just got my GHA under control and now coraline algae is growing really well. The corals (hammer, frogspawn, and zoas, favia, and acan ) don't seem to be growing at all and if anything, maybe getting smaller. I'm trying to be patient and explore one component at a time. I believe my water parameters have been stabilized based on limited algae growth and increased coraline. Is this correct?

Thanks in advance!

Reefer 350.. 73 gallons 21" tall..20" wide..

That light wouldn't even be sufficient for a freshwater tank really..

Can you help me understand what spec you looked at to make you say that? Will having 2 of these units help? Thank you!

Reef ready LED fixtures use anywhere from 3-10W LED's At 48 total watts with 215 LEDS' your leds are putting our only 0.2 watts each. The trouble with that is that there is not enough power to punch through the water and have good PAR for your corals. I would look into some serios lighting upgrades. If cost is important, look at the Noopsyche lights. If you are ok spending more for quality and proven results, look into some Hydras or Radions. Even a Black Box LED from Amazon would be far superior to what you have (like Mars Aqua, or Viparspectra).

Hope this helps.
