help with light color..

I currently have just a standard t8 lighting system. saving for a better light in the future. but for the time being, I need to replace my light bulb. I have a 10k light now. but trying to see if a changing to a 50/50 bulb or staying with a 10k bulb is a correct decision. only have a single mushroom and zoas for corals.

if its a single fixture go a little more blue, you may like it. If its a multi yes get an actinic. and only change one.
what do you have?

just a single fixture with a cheap glo fish 6'' led for added color. not the greatest set-up

they work. a 14k or a 50/50 is a good call. you might not like the too blue look though.

Yes sir, a 50/50 would be the right call to get some color out of your corals.
Can you post a pic up from what you have running now?
