I have a reef breeder light for my 55 gallon tank I had it originally set for 20% to 30% to 40% to 50% back down to 40% to 30% to 20% in 5% intervals. I don’t believe the light was strong enough for my Carrows so I upped it to 4% the first hour to 60% straight for eight hours and then 4% again the last hour. Is this going to shock my corals or will this be okay ? I set the reef breeder to there actual layout they give on their website ill attatch the photo of it

I wouldn't recommend doing that. I doubt you will have any corals that die from it but it could impact colors/growth for certain corals, especially acros that need stability. If you're worried about not getting enough light you could stretch it to 12 hours then do something like 10, 30, 45, 60, 60 60, 60, 60, 60, 45, 30, 10.
