Help with lighting for my friends 30 gallon system

My buddy is looking into buying a new light for his tank on a budget. He really like the marineland led strip. Does anyone have any experience with this light? Is it capable of growing corals? If your using this light let me know how you like and and post a picture of your tank. Thank you in advanced!

Maybe that light might grow some softies.
Have a look at Visparspectra 165w, about $25 more, and it will grow anything.

Thanks, it has looked better though with the same light. Just dont bottom out neutrients
