anyone know how high off of the water i should keep my pheonix 150 off of the water in my biocube 29g i am having problems with some of my corals not opening up and am trying to figure out what the issue may be (mixed reef )

8-12" is fine. If your corals aren't acclimated, and its a new light, you should run your lights less, and raise the time frame back up an hour a week until you get it back to normal range.

What the guy aboe me said. Thats good advise for any new light when you are uncertain of its intensity.
