Help with low nitrate & carbon dosing questions

I use one probe in order to control the anaerobic condition. It is constructed that way that if the flow rise - the amount of DOC will rise as well - keeping the ORP at the same level. If the flow decline - injection of DOC decline.

I also use redox to monitoring my DT - mostly because I use an Oxidator. Do not use Ozone.

Then reduction in flow must be enhancing denitrification and reduces the need for carbon dosing?

Reluctance to use ozone why I had forgotten about ORP probes until I discovered HM Digital had a submersible handheld similar to the PH-200. I'll be getting one shortly. Never occurred to me to use it to validate my flow assumptions until you mentioned it.

Yes - but you still need dosing if you want a dissent rate of denitrification because the flow will bring with oxygen that needs to be consumed in the system
