What reasons could there be for lps shrinking up, Zoas, glove polyps, gsp are fine but my gonis are out but sometimes they recede randomly and today arnt out fully my lobo is okay but war coral acans and trumpet coral are near dead I’ve lost a torch and few acans my parameters haven’t been stable but I never experienced die off like this before and salinity is definitely correct.
Is there anything other than cal mag dkh that can effect lps and not softies?

Too much light, not enough light.
Too much flow, not enough flow.
Temperature too warm or temperature too cool.
Salinity too high, salinity too low
Pests such as vermetidae snails, worms, aiptasia and inverts.
Aggressive neighboring corals.
Coral disease.

what kind of nitrate and phosphate you have because Gonis like higher nitrate and phosphate.

Could a coral disease effect different types at once?

It doesn't necessarily affect all at once. Disease involves an interaction between the coral, a pathogen, and the system environment. I generally know bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and fungi will cause changes in reproduction and growth. I wish I can speak more intelligently about diseases but will have to let others chime in on the subject.
