Help with mandarin goby

I got this mandarin goby and it has some kind of parasites. After FW dip some fell off. Could it be flukes? If yes, how should I proceed?

Parazipro worked well for me. Just don't forget the additional aeration and surface flow needed to keep everyone healthy.

I have always done FW dips in dark containers so I can see them easily. Its honestly hard to tell on your picture but I also see some fin rot issues.

@Jay Hemdal has more experience then me about external parasites.

How long was the FW dip? I see some things still adhering to the fish - could be mucus or flukes.
