Appreciate any help. I had a turf algae issue after going fallow x 76 days. Then I added fish back in and feeding schedule changed. How it looks like I have cyano vs dinos on top the turf algae. I took a 100x video with light microscope.

Parameters
Temp 79F
SG 1.026
Alk 8.2
Nitrates 0 at the beginning now keeping 1-3 ppm
Phosphate 0.00 - 0.10 depending on day (Hanna)
Bare bottom setup x 9 months old tank
Running lights 12 hour schedule

It looks like in the video there are mobile unicellular organisms that I believe are dinos. I’m not sure if the long strands are cyano or turf algae. Species help with dinos would be appreciated. Thank you!

The 3 large circles look like Coolia dinoflagellates.
The strands look like cyano possibly.
The tiny, numerous spots could be chrysophytes, or some other type of planktonic stuff.
