Received my Midas blenny on Wednesday with what looked to be a scrap or cut in a few spots on its side and top fin, its been in my sump with low concentration copper dips for 5-10mins every other day and neoplex mixed into its food (only have prazipro as another medication) cant do a QT tank sadly as my secondary heater broke so it heats up to much (unable to get a new one within the next week)

injury seems to be healing slowly but hard to tell wanted to know if was getting worse/infected or just healing oddly (pictures taken today while in the bath) blenny is eating well and colors up

This is superficial and needs as you can imagine immediate treatment in quarantine
Best treatment will be seachem neoplex and increase aeration with air stone during treatment and maintain good water quality

will do but does it currently look infected or getting worse (there was a small red spot on the lower part of the injury)

I saw that hence the recommended medication. If no neoplex - seachem kanaplex
Neoplex milder

I understand that I should continue my use of current medication and not to seem like an butt but my original question is still does the injury look currently infected or getting worse or healing as just saying to keep using medications doesn't help alot as if its infected that means i need to focus more on moving it to a QT than leaving it in my sump and continuing what i've been doing (and im unable to set one up as of RN)
