I have a 90g with 36g sump, ecoxotic leds, sro 2000int, 2 mp40, carbon bag and gfo reactor. It's been up for about 1.5 years with softies and lps. I've tried 3 different monti caps and they all fade away. I've recently got some acros (thanks Jeff Bergs) and they are doing great . Encrusting with good PE, though the color is not as nice as in his tank. Had them for over 4 weeks. I really love the way plating montiporas look and I need some advice on how to keep them alive. I acclimated the same way I did the acros. On a frag rack 3/4 way down, each week move up a couple inches then onto the scape. Ca is 420-450 alk 9.2-9.8 mg 1300-1400 each Wednesday when I test. Any advice?

Oh yea, nitrates are >10, phosphate 0-0.08. I figured maybe just slower acclimation, good thing they're cheap.
