It has a green/yellowish rim with a purple base and bright blue polyps. Is this a wild piece or is there a name associated with this? Thanks

To get an honest name for it I would look for a species name. And for a species name I would guess it to be Montipora aequituberculata if it continues to plate like that. Montipora aequituberculata.
