The tank is a innovative INT 75. I was wondering if it looks too much like a wall?

For me, it looks like a flat wall with holes. No perspective at all.

Too close to side glass, probably too high (no space for corals to grow). I'd try to remove some rocks.

I like your first structure. I would recommend that the structure be angled slightly so the right side is closer to the front of the tank. That would help to create a greater sense of depth in your aquarium (and help with flow along the back of the structure.

Thanks for the input. I will try to add more depth. The starboard is about 1/2 inch from the side glass. Since I was planning on having sand I measured it alittle short. So I think there will be about 2 inches from the glass on either side. The max height was 11inches. The water depth will be 17 inches. How much height do you think I need from the surface to be enough for corals?

I think the first option is great. id be happy with that for a few years. I would prob angle the right side towards the front right corner of the tank to depth of field. and move the whole scape towards the middle of the tank, for plenty of flow on all sides of the scape. it doesn't really follow the rule of thirds but i still like it.

What do you think of the last set of pics?

I actually like the height on the first set of pics. i would prob try to remove the shelf rock from the sandbed though, those are nice pieces for different level shelves across the scape. less rock on the sandbed the better imo. but i like it, I'm usually very critical of peoples aquascaping.

At the end of the day your the only person that has to like it. Its easy to change now, very difficult once its established.
Good advice. I know I may like it now. But some times you don’t know what things you don’t know. I’m just trying to avoid any pitfalls with The help of R2R

Best advice I can give, give enough room for fish to swim, less rock on the sand will help keep the detritus from building up on the sand bed and keep it cleaner, its really better to have 2 separate structures than 1, as well as the number 1 in my book.. make sure you can get flow to all areas of the tank so nothing can build up and create detritus traps, detritus and left over food and waste leads to phosphate and nitrate issues that will cause algae issues. The more you can keep that stuff moving so the filtration can do its job the better off you will be.

I like the idea of two structures. I will give it a try later

So I think there will be about 2 inches from the glass on either side.

So, no corals here. Just some space for a magnet cleaner.

The max height was 11inches. The water depth will be 17 inches.

Totally fine for LPS, but may be not enough for SPS, softies (leathers etc) and some fish to swim.

Am I doing any better? I took out the rock from the upper left side of the pic. And I added some rocks forward on the right side.

It doesn't matter much, but personally I HATE that square-looking part with flat top. It doesn't look natural at all. In my opinion, this flat piece must be placed on the sand.
