Help with my clown

My clowns have been doing good the last few months, than few days ago, i notice my mocha Storm (i cant remember 100%) start getting chased and bullied by my black storm. Its been hiding under the rocks, laying in the sand bed, and not looking so good. Any idea what this is and how to treat it? I have attached a pic and here is video of how its been acting. Yes, i know the acros are not good. I can seem to keep them alive.

The par tof the glass from the picture, is dirty so makes it look worst, and the video ws from Friday night.

This poor guy is badly damaged which has led to facial lesions and tail rot
Will require immediate treatment in a quarantine tank using Seachem Neoplex.
I assume fish is Not eating ?

no, he has been eating, every time i puts the food in the tank he grabs and eats it. will ahve to check to see if i got the neoplex, and will clean up the qt tank tommorrow when my cleaners are here.

That is what I was hoping to hear. Add also seachem metroplex to the foods for about 3 weeks at .5gm weight (very tiny amount) which addresses various forms of anaerobic bacteria

sweet, yea i got that along with focus, i mixed up a little with the food tonight. I figured it would not hurt the other fish if they ate some. I will clean the qt tank in the morning (been sitting with water in the last efw months and not been in use.
It was odd he was started getting chase out the blue, and i have two Banggai Cardinalfish, and the same time the bigger banggai started chasing the smaller one. So the clown and it hide in the caves together at times.
