Did a water change last week..(do 2 a week).. my gsp closed up and hasn't opened back up...All other corals are fine just this one did this...Anyone ever have this happen?

I have had GSP close for a couple weeks, the coral always reopened. Water chemistry really have to be out of wack to negatively impact this coral. What type of water source are you using? Did you rule out the basic chemistry issue ie: swings in alk, sg....

Use salt and to from my LFS..My parameters are in check...I did just add a cleaner shrimp around the same time and he was all over it but I figured it would open back up by now

I would not sweat it than if the coral was open prior to water change.

At one time I had the entire back of my tank covered in GSP and it would occasionally close after water changes. It's been my experience that GSP like moderately higher flow, GSP does not do well when detritus or algae is allowed to collect or grow on the coral's mat.

Just to be sure check at night, hours after the lights have been off, for pests such as nudibranchs.
