Help with my hammer

I have a hammer which has been like this for a few weeks. Flesh looks healthy and I even gave it a dip to be safe. Not being stung by anything and even moved it away from the other hammer.

Have you checked for flatworms? Is the hammer next to it a branching or wall? I'm not 100% sure, but I think that wall hammers will sting branching hammers (@encrustingacro?)

Honestly not sure. Possibly something could be nipping at it?

It doesn’t seem to be affecting the other one but I would get your magnesium up. Mine seem happier when it’s around 1400.
