Help with my Mushrooms please!!

So recently the tips of the mushroom bulbs are starting to turn white. Is this bleaching?? They are at the bottom of the tank on the sand bed. Been doing fine till the last week or so.
Also, one of them has retracted a bit (pic 1) and it’s mouth is sticking out quite a lot. Anything would help!
