I have a 75g red-sea just the top covered by net with acrylic frame and the tank is in the living room, i had bathroom remodeling for last 10 days, even though the bathroom is inside the bedroom, the guy working walked back and forth to the bathroom and garage door exit walking along the side of living room (i would say its around 20ft distance), they were cutting tiles near end of the garage at the driveway, with all the walking back and forth there was foot prints with lots of dust (can't tell there is a lot more in the garage itself).

I swiped the top rim of the tank to see if there are any dust that settled but i see none.

But it still concerns me if there could be any dust moved from air and mixed into the tank and what kind of issue it can cause and as a pre-caution what measure i can take.

Feedback is really appreciated. Thanks.

Ceramic tile dust might have small amounts of lead and I would suppose other heavy metals but because those are bound up with the clay I would not expect any impact since you are not reporting a film (heavy dusting) on top of the tank or water.
I run Poly Filter on my garage tank for this kind of instance; I never did figure out how a random bolt landed in the tank but I didn’t have any issues when it did.

Ceramic should be 99.9% inert

Since i don't run any carbon media, I am not sure if it helps, I had a very small bag of chemi-pure activated carbon and i put them in the high water flow area this morning.

Well you could always do a water change if you're super worried about it. That would probably ease your anxiety a bit

Can’t hurt to be safe.
