Fish is very thin and appears to have a bacterial issue going on.
I would give it a freshwater bath for temporary relief and quarantine it and administer maracyn 2 OR ruby rally pro as a treatment.
What test kits are you using?
Has fish eaten for you ?
How is its’ breathing rate ?
Are you using RODI water or tap water from the faucet?

what is your ammonia- nitrate-ph-salinity and tank temperature ?

Hardly eating and I just got him less than a week ago. Salinity is 34.7, ph is 7.97, temp is 78, and using RODI water. I haven’t checked nitrate/ammonia but all other fish are doing well.

Yup. Trying every food. Someone mentioned flukes. Ugh so flustering lol
