Help with neptune apex timing command

Was hoping to get some insight on how to setup this comand properly for my kalk stirrer to turn on
This is how i want to dose starting out I want my first dose to start at 5pm then dose for 40 seconds every hour until 5am then i want the sequence to shut off from 5:05 to 16:59 would this be the proper dosing code
Fallback OFF
OSC 017:00/000:40/059:20 Then ON
If Time 05:00 to 16.00 Then OFF
If pH > 8.40 Then OFF
Ny help would be appreciated

Not sure about the the OSC line.
