Help! With Neptune Systems Cor-15

you could use something like a "Schedule 80 Reducing Bushing 1” Spigot x 3⁄4” Slip" to reduce your 1 inch pipe in to the 3/4 inch output size of the cor 15. you will still need a short piece of 3/4 inch pipe for the pumps output.

Is this related to the fact that a cor 15 has a 3/4 output, but Neptune doesn't offer a 3/4 inch flow sensor by chance?

This has been my #1 pet peeve with Neptune.

I used a 1 1/4 schedule 80 reducer to 1 inch and utilized the 1 1/4" Slip to BSPP Union the pump came with. I used a slip spigot fitting on that to use tubing.

So the tricky part with mine is it's an existing tank and I can't use the old return cause its a ticking time bomb so whatever I do I can't glue anything at least that touches water

This is my plumbing currently

We're going to need a bigger boat...

Sorry to say, you will likely need to do a major re-plumb. If you do it in soft tubing, there won't be any glue to worry about, and the curves will be simple.

You dont happen to have a jebao pump do you. The one inch spigot adapter that came with my old jebao dc pump fit perfectly with the small collar the cor 15 came with. I used it that way until i ordered parts from brs

Actually yes I do that's what I was using

Ok, let me make sure I understand this. You have a new Cor-15 pump that you want to plumb into your system.

You have some existing plumping that is 1 inch.

Question: How does the existing plumbing feed back into the tank? Is that white pvc 40 feeding bulkheads?
