Help with new lighting

110 gallon, 4' x 18" x 29". 29 being the issue kinda. 99.9% lps. Rock flower garden, 5 anemones ( the one keeps splitting) lots of zoes a frog spawn and torch. Few other but I digress. Just put up a Lesson AP9X. Preset intensity was all the way up to 60 it worries me since I'm not growing SPS. I've set it for 40 with no more clear than 40. Thoughts and ideas as I know this light can do everything and I don't want to burn out the kids.

No I don't have a par meter.

I don’t have the AP9x, but I use 360 we’s. Without a PAR meter, 40% seems like a reasonable output to start. If your corals are doing well, you are good.
