Help with new set up for my Biocube

So I recently moved across country and took the opportunity to re do the setup of my Biocube 29. First off, no more bioballs thanks to recommendations and nigh nitrate levels previously. I am replacing them with an inTank media and fuge basket. My question is, without the bioballs, will everything be okay with just the baskets? I am placing (in the media basket) filter floss, purigen, and chemi pure elite. In the fuge basket I was planning Chaetomorpha. Am I missing anything? what would you recommend?
