Help with new set up

I currently have a waterbox peninsula 25, a WB Cube 10 and a biocube 32....tired of maintenance of 3 small tanks....so I want to get a WB Mariner X 110.4 or the 90.3 and move all my fish and rocks and get rid of those 3 tanks.
Now the questions I have: can 2-3 Prime 16HD lights be enough for either tank?
Is the Syncra SDC 6.0 good for either tank or there are better options?
How big thermostat and how many?

A1: Depending on the type of corals, possibly (soft and maybe LPS; wouldn't recommend for SPS).
A2: Yes, definitely.
A3: 150 watts per 50 gallons is usually sufficient. I like IM Helio.
