Help with Nitrate

Hi all
I am new to the salty side I have only kept Malawis before.
I have had my tank cycling for two weeks now.
I have a 120 Litre Jewul Lido 120.
It has the following equipment fitted
Internal Bio 3.0 filter
Aquarium System Skimm 400 1100 l/ph
Aquarium Systems Power head 1200 l/ph
Newave Pump Nwa 5.1 5100l/ph

I also have:
20 pounds of carib live sand substrate
7 Kgs live rock
7 kgs Coral rock

My probelm is that I have had no Amonia build up and last week my Nitrite was 5 ppm however
yesterday and today they are at 0 ppm but my Nitrate is way up at 75ppm.
Is this normal or do I have a Nitrate problem.

If the tank is cycling you do not have a "nitrate" problem (yet, anyway).

Also, a small amount of nitrite can mislead many nitrate kits into a big false high level.

So don't worry about it now.
