Help with og mushroom not looking good.

Had the mushroom for months now and been noticing discard coming from it every other day now. I know they eat and go to the bathroom but it kind of looks like it's discarding red stuff like its dying everyday a little more. Water parameters are looking good. Ammonia 0, ph 8, salinity 1.026, nitrate .10, nitrite 0, temp 78.3, phosphate 0, calcium 500. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to save him?

Try moving it, could just be unhappy in its location from the light and flow
