Hi all need help with Brian coral he doesn’t look happy. He was fine till I moved him, and adjust my light schedule. I feel like it might have got attacked by another coral.

Water parameters are all good.

Phosphate is a little higher at 0.06 as I got carried away with feeding.
My water is little cloudy I wasn’t sure it was from that brain. How long before it sick enough to pollute the water?

Changing your lighting can cause some stress. Just try to feed it or dose amino acids and keep your alk and such stable. It should recover.

Parameters all good including alk, lps react like this to low alk. This guy will also respond positively to target feeding, some mysis from a pipette.

Although I loved that coral my water was going cloudy I took out and smelt it and it stunk so I had to ditch it unfortunately ☹️ Wasn’t worth risking my whole tank for the one coral... I think the smell test is a good indicator ... not sure but I think if it at all smells like sulphur it’s time to go. Running carbon to clear the water ... so far so good less one prized brain coral .. there goes $200 I was a bit sad to be honest loved that one.
