Your phosphate level if the culprit for stunted to no growth. GFO or water change ...if you nitrates are zero, any of the biopellets will not work.


On the other hand, I trust salifert for advanced tests (ca, mg, co3, phosphate) and API for basics (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate). Some of the other tests, especially Red Sea is notorious for reagents going bad over period of time. The problem is you don't know when to stop trusting the test kit or fix the issue.
 
Temp of 80-81 is not too high IMO. It's actually ideal.

I would stop worrying so much about calcium and alk - nothing wrong with any of your mineral levels. No reason I can see for switching salt, adding fans or just about anything else.

If the PO4 numbers are true then cut back or eliminate direct coral feeding completely and they will prolly go away within several water changes. In most cases, feeding corals is redundant as well as really messy.
