Hello Logan & welcome to R2R . You can get a lot of plumbing ideas here .
Got the tank yet ?

I have the tank it's just no where close to being set up... still waiting on the house to be built but I plan on having an inwall tank or something like bulkreefsuppy 160 where the tank is on a stand in the room with a hole cut out in the wall behind the tank into a room strictly for tank equipment. I'd like to run a single return pump with a coral grow out system on it a remote refugium and other stuff off a manifold type return but I've done it so looking for help designing it all.

Thank you all for the replies

It's 125 gallon standard tank

I'd also like to possibly run zeovit, a skimmer, and probably carbon off the manifold

You need to run a high flow sump to run zeovit. If it’s going to be an in wall tank then that gives you a lot of options. Go as big as you can on the sump. Water and a drain in the room with the sump. You could also have the electrical put on its own breaker. Also GFCI outlets.

This is my sump I have

That’s a fine sump. You could even run more then one sump. Are you going to run an internal or external skimmer? There are a ton of options.

Either haven't picked one out yet still looking at options so either is fine depending on what works with the set up

Either one will work fine. Are you planning on running carbon in a reactor?

Yes I've already got a brs dual reactor from and old set up but thought about getting rid of that and getting a single reactor as I don't think I'll need gfo with running zeovit if I'm understanding zeovit correctly still learning all about zeovit

I was more leaning towards internal more though and putting it in the center chamber as I was thinking of running a different tank for a refugium

Run one sump as a refugium and the other as your sump. I would also run an ATO.

Yeah that's the plan I just don't know how to set that all up I'd like to run one return pump

There are two ways to run the sumps. You can drill and connect them with PVC or you can stagger them. It would be DT to sump 1 to sump 2. The DT would be the highest down to sump 1 then down to sump 2. Tee off the return pump to feed the manifold. You could also make sump one taller then sump 2. For an idea this is my set up.

What about running the refugium as like it own tank with a overflow and it's own retrun line off the manifold while the dt just drains into the regular sump that will house the skinner and reactor and such?
