Help with PM1 and pH

I hooked up the PM1, calibrated the probe, and got it showung up on fusion. BUT, pH reading does not show up on my apex controller. I made sure to enable pH and make sure ORP is not enabled... still cant figure it out!

Can anyone help before i message Neptune???
