Help with possible algae

I have had my tank for a few months and only have two clown fish at this point. I just noticed this one spot of grey algae on my rock (pic attached). What is this and what should I do?

Nothing. That rock looks brand new. Algae is a normal part of progression. Manage parameters, remove excess by hand. Things are going to get a lot worse over the next year.

Looks like mulm rather than algae. Assure you have proper flow/circulation to deter subtances from settling on surfaces
