Help with possible sink bloom

Hey everyone just did a 15% water change on a 90 gallon and about 3 days later what I think is a Dino algae bloom started. There is still some left over debris on the top of the sand which I wanted to siphon off. Would that affect what’s going on? I’ve heard about doing a 3 day blackout and or using hydrogen peroxide. There is also a ich situation on the sailfin which I’ve been treating for about a week now. I was going to get a lawn mower blenny and possibly and watchman to help start a maintenance crew. What steps should I take. Please help. I’m new. Thanks everyone.

Dont add more fish to a sick tank.
Don't worry about the sandwich - A little detritus isn't going to distroy a tank.

How new is this tank? What kind of sailfin? Can you post a picture (for a Brandon analysis :} ) Are you using ro/di water for salt water mixing and evaoporation top off?
