Help with powder blue

I understand your point.

So I have 2 half brightwell bricks in my 55 gallon qt.

There is 1, 4 inch powder blue, with the black bloctches
1 harliguin tusk 3.5 inch, healthy
And a 2 inch white tail, healthy

3 fish total in this system

Should I dose microbactor 7?

If so, how much?

There are no meds in the tank.

Sorry I dont know how to gide you precisely.
Your Ammonia testing will reveal the potential start of a mini cycle.

I would follow the directions recomendations on the Microbactor 7 bottle.
But yes I would add some if it were my tank.

I was under the impression that take live rock or bio brick from an established tank

I was under the impression if you take a bio brick from an established tank that the qt would already be cycled.

Is this not true?
Simply put,, copper will take out a large percentage of the bacteria on the rock after a period of time the remaining bacteria that survived will build back up to a full culture of copper resistant bacteria
