Help with prazipro

My flasher wrasse had about 1 week ago a clear moving thing on his fin. I did a freshwater dip and it went. Today I saw another clear thing moving and did another freshwater dip. About an hour later I am seeing another on his fin. I am wanting to dose prazi pro but i have a couple question. Do I have to do a 10% water change after 30 days and can I run carbon afterwards to remove it?

Also if it helps its only ever been on this fish and its left fin and left side of body.

Prazipro won t cure extern parasites, you need a copper treatment in an hospital tank.

It says it treats flukes which I have self diagnosed. It has also got slimey stuff coming out of its gills.
