I recently purchased a used Primehd and a Hydra26hd. I wanted to use one of the lights over a 16g tank I've set up in my 5th grade classroom. I went with the Prime since it's mostly lps and softies in the tank.
I factory reset the light, watched AI videos, and even have a ticket in with AI support, but I still can't figure out how to control the light from my house or anywhere away from my school. When I'm at school, it appears to connect via local setting, the PrimeD.... under my wifi settings. I set up the light on a schedule. Now that I'm home, the myAI app won't connect and I don't see the local network. I am totally confused on how I can control this light from anywhere in the world. Any help is appreciated.
