Help with pump

I have a biocube 29, about 5 months ago I changed the pump out to a cobalt aquatics MJ1200. Everything’s been fine until the last few weeks. Now I can’t seem to keep water in chamber 3 with the pump. It’s like it’s pumping it out too fast. I run an intank media basket in chamber 2, with a polyfilter on top, bag of purigen in middle and chemipure elite in the bottom. Bc of chamber 3 being too empty, all the excess water is in my DT and it’s full to the brim and kinda running over into chamber 2. Just not sure why this is a problem all of a sudden? The flow through my intank media basket seems normal. Thank u for any help!

Something is blocking the incoming flow, or you need to adjust the pump flow down. I don’t remember if the 1200 is adjustable. Hope you figure it out soon.
