Help with QT...I cant find an answer on line.

I have ich in my saltwater aquarium and am going to QT all of my fish and treat. I am newer to the hobby and am not sure what to do with a couple of my fish that I have read do not do well with treatment. They are my Mandarin Goby, Scooter Blenny, Lawnmower Blenny, and Yellow Clown Goby.......help
