No, that is a ton of fish for 30 gallon (even if was fully cycled, which I assume it is not). I would go much, much slower. The number one issue with QT is that ammonia poisoning will kill your fish, so you want to understock considerably. I use a 20 gallon for QT, and I've never put in more than 2 medium fish or 4 small fish at once. Do regular big water changes (25% every 3-4 days). I would pick 3 of the fish above (assuming small). If the PBT is anything other than a baby, consider only one additional fish. And read up carefully on QT sticky threads. Water changes, often, are your friend.
