My 120g is going fallow for 3 months as I got velvet from no using a qt And lost everything. I’m looking at a 30g biocube for a qt. I have a FOWLR and I’m looking to add at least a pork puffer, harlequin tusk, PBT, ckowns, and possibly more. Would the biocube be large enough for a qt?

No, that is a ton of fish for 30 gallon (even if was fully cycled, which I assume it is not). I would go much, much slower. The number one issue with QT is that ammonia poisoning will kill your fish, so you want to understock considerably. I use a 20 gallon for QT, and I've never put in more than 2 medium fish or 4 small fish at once. Do regular big water changes (25% every 3-4 days). I would pick 3 of the fish above (assuming small). If the PBT is anything other than a baby, consider only one additional fish. And read up carefully on QT sticky threads. Water changes, often, are your friend.

Yes, sorry I made it sound confusing. I’m not going to get them all at one time. I will probably start with 2 clowns and maybe a PBT. Then move on to the puffer. Just wanted to make sure the tank would be big enough as the tangs love to swim all over. I’m also thinking of letting the tank cycle first.

I would say if you did a few at a time its plenty big enough. Just get plenty of BioSpira to get it cycled. I dose it daily for the first week...
