Help with recirculating pumps

Looks good to me. Not to much flow, your just over the 20x your water volume for a reef tank. You can point your powerheads at the surface a bit more, to get a bit of better gas exchange, and keep your sand intact more.
 
Ok. Sounds good. I was hoping that was the case. I'll try aiming them more toward the water. Are there are good controllers/wave makers that my pumps are compatible with. I'd like get a little more movement out of my polyps.

Thanks Reefing Madness. I was looking at that one. I'd like to have one that kept both on and just ramps them up and down randomly. Are there any like that?
