Help with Red Sea ABCD Dosing

Hey guys,
My 220g tank has been ignored for about 5 weeks. (I usually do biweekly water changes). Tested today and my values are
Ph: 8.13
Phos 0 (Hanna)
Nitrates 1 (Nyos)
Ca 444 (Hanna)
Alk 7.5 (Hanna)
Mag 1280 (aqua forrest)

Since it doesn’t look like I need a water change I dosed some neo phos and neo nitrate to bring those leaves up a bit but I rely on water changes for my trace elements. So I’m dosing Red Sea ABCD but it says to go by your calcium dose.

My ca on my doser is 35ml per day to keep my level stable for 220g. Do I dose the ABCD daily in relation to my calcium dose or just once every couple weeks when I would do water changes?
