Help with Red Sea Dosing A, B & C

So I just got all of my new RedSea Foundations program in powder form to dose my tank (was using Kent 2 part before) I have multiple 32 gallons with their total volume around 37 gallons. My question is who is using these and how much do you dose per gallon the instructions are pretty convoluted on the packaging. I realize that each tank consumes differently but I do want a starting point so I do not radically change my parameters in one dose then can work up the tanks that need it slowly.
