Help With Return Pump

Hello everyone. I need to purchase a return pump for the frag tank I am tying into my main display. Return line will leave my sump and go back into the frag tank. I have a little over 6 ft on the return line then it splits into 2 locline fittings that returns the water to the display of the frag tank. What is the gph/rule of thumb should I be going with here? Frag tank will only be softies and lps. No sps. Frag tank is 30L X 16W.

On the tank volume? So somewhere around 125-200 would be fine has long as it had the head pressure?
