Can anyone suggest the GPH size for a return pump. My tank is 75 gallons. With a 20 gallon long refugium baffle kit. Totaling roughly 80-85 gallons. Thank you.

This isn't an emergency, and we need more info. Sump in the stand? Pipe size? Head pressure?
I’m building a refugium out of a baffle kit. 20 gallon long. Going with EShopps dual overflow box kit. Will be in a stand sitting directly next to the tank. I don’t know what pressure head means sadly. Still kinda new. If you got time to break it down in illiterate terms. I would appreciate it

It's the amount of pressure that the pump has to work against to push the water where you want it. Vertical runs, elbows, pipe diameter, and internal friction if the pipe itself all play a part in overall head pressure and head loss.
