I have never quarantined in the past, but since I'm setting up a new tank, I wanted to forego buying the pre-quarantined fish as it hasn't always worked out. I purchased a Golden Midas and a Royal Gamma as my first additions. Following Humblefish's hyrbid h2o2 TTM method, we are into day 4 with our first transfer and we did the H2o2 bath on day one before going into quarantine.
My Midas is doing excellent, but my Gamma has been hanging out at the bottom behind the heater, PVC, sponge filter, etc.
He has a mark you can see behind his eyes that looks like an infection (kind of gray color), but not really positive. I gave him a Methylene Blue bath that I didn't realize would stain my hands for 3 days, and have been running metroplex and feeding a mix of Focus, Metro, and GC with Mysis and Garlic. He eats, but not much. He doesn't appear to be breathing overly heavy.
I'm going to the fish store tomorrow morning. Wanted opinions on what it looks like from experienced eyes, and what medication I should purchase? Current meds I have are GC, Prazipro, Stressguard, Methylene Blue, Coppersafe, Metroplex, Focus, and Protoshield.
