So see attached picture. I was putting the pumping in and this piece cracked. I tried to put it somewhere it didn’t fit. I’m shaking my head right lol. I didn’t put the zip ties on.

this is a second owner RS 250.

any help on where I can buy this buy this piece or just buy a whole new green pipe with that piece would be greatly appreciated!

it seems as though my return pump is a little short so I was going to try to buy a new one anyway.

Another question, here is what I’m working with, do I just twist the fitting onto this piece? (See 2nd photo).

any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry for the double post, it seems as though the return pump and the fitting will fit! Just need to find out where to put that fitting at! Thanks

I have a 350 v3 sump, so I'm not sure of your sump layout. If that female threaded end in pic 2 traces back to the leftmost connection to the manifold, that is the return, and you're good.

I'm pretty sure this is the part you need:

Those are probably metrics, but it’s a mpt barb fitting. Something around 3/4”. I wouldn’t run the pump through that though.

It is a V3 sump. Here is a better pic of the female end and sump end.

and Jose what do you mean? run through the one I have?

No need to replace the green tubing if you plan to soft plum the return pump. Some people hard plumb their return and replace that green tube with PVC. That’s what I did on my 350, but it’s not necessary.

if you do soft plumb with the green tubing, be sure to use plastic hose clamps on both ends. Something like these.

Awesome! Just ordered it and 2nd day air. Lol I wanna get this tank started! Thanks for the help!
