I got this scoly 2 weeks ago at reef stock. Has been doing well I thought but today I could see skeleton. Water parameters are good (ask for numbers if you want) except nitrate and phosphate which are a bit odd lately. Nitrate 2.0 and phosphate 0.27. PAR around 100 with low flow. Broadcast feed several times a week with benepets phyto and amino acids. Target fed right after I got it and again this morning. Any ideas?

Try placing it in a small (1/2" tall) PVC ring so that it's not directly sitting in the sandbed. It may also benefit from being moved a bit higher, but that's kind of trial and error.
Got it. How often should I target feed. I broadcast 2-3 times a week? If it doesn’t turn around should I try an iodine and/or restore dip?

I can't keep scolys in my tank (certain nippers who shall not be named), but I broadcast feed 1-2x a week (Reef Roids).
