help with snail ID

Hi, this is the second snail I have found so far I found one a few days or a week ago. I have no idea what it could be. Caught it in a cup, consider profile is a bit blurry. It’s. very small (about as long as a dime if not a bit smaller) and I found it on the rockwork.
Have it in sump right now.
No idea what it is. Any ideas?

Whelk “bad” or nassirus snail which is good.. hard to tell them apart.

it does look like a whelk. From the banding on the body.
The shell just doesn’t look a whelk.
